You'll receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after checkout. If it isn't in your inbox, check your spam folder or contact us with the name and email you used.

We can update or cancel an order until it has been packed, usually within 12 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Prices are shown in your local currency based on where you're shopping from. You can also switch currency at any time using the selector in the header.

Each product page describes the fit, such as high rise, wide leg or barrel. For exact measurements, see our Size guide.

For rigid denim, choose the larger size. For stretch denim, choose the smaller size, as it relaxes slightly with wear.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times for each region are listed on our Shipping & returns page.

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags attached. See our Refund policy for full details.

Once your return arrives and is approved, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.
